54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-2:30pm. There were 2 children in care (6 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s, 1 caregiver and 3 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with caregiver and preparing for nap time. Main child care area has moved to lower level of the provider's home. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-770 Description: Based on observation, the facility did not have a working battery operated flashlight. Evidence: There were two flashlights available during the inspection, both of which were not operable. Plan of Correction: I will buy one.
