Consultation provided on sworn disclosure statements and out of state CPS requirements as well as requirements for new household members.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider, who was present with 7 children ( one infant and 6 preschoolers) for a total of 16 points. The children napped during the inspection. For breakfast, the children had one of their favorites- smoothies which are made from beets, carrots, strawberries, celery , alfalfa. The children have vegetable gardens in the back and front yard, the children made the decision to plant tomatoes, green beans, pumpkin and corn . The children take an active role in maintaining this garden with their shovel and dump trucks etc. No child had medication on site and the provider does not administer medications. There have been no injuries/accidents. Five children and the provider's files were reviewed today. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
