VENDHOM-000 INTRODUCTION.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 24, 2018. The provider and her assistant were present with 7 children. (19 points) These included 2 infants, 1 toddler, 2 two year olds, and 2 three year olds. The children were finishing their lunch when the inspection began, and then the older children used the rest room and got ready for nap time. The younger children were put in their cribs to sleep. Five children's files and 2 caregiver files were reviewed. There was no medication being administered at the time of the inspection. Emergency drills had been documented. Inspection began: 12:10 Inspection ended: 1:20
