All items required to be posted were present.
Five children's records were inspected.
Household and caregiver records were inspected.

Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A violation of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements was found.
Standard #: VENDHOM-000-030-A-3 Description: Based on review of documentation and discussions with the provider, an annual practice lockdown drill was not conducted. Evidence: There was no practice lockdown drill conducted in 2017. Plan of Correction: Per Provider: I was confused on how this was to be done. I have noted on my evacuation sheet to complete a lockdown drill in 2018.
