Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today from 11:25am to 12:20pm. 5 children plus 1 household child (13pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The Physical space, Provider/household member records, attendance records, evacuation drills and emergency supplies were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Children were observed in table time activities, washing hands and preparing for lunch. Interactions between the caregivers and children were positive. The space was clean, organized and contained an abundance of age appropriate materials. No violations were cited today.
