Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 21, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:40 p.m. There were three children present along with the provider for a total of ten points. Four children's and the record for the provider were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time. Areas observed were: lunch, free choice, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, story-time and nap. Interactions between the children and the provider were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. This family day home is equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care.
