Technical Assistance:
Discussed the merging of SHSI Standards with the FDH Standards- Providers will need to follow all of the standards even those who are not Vendor Providers.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 8:05-9:10 AM. The Provider and the assistant were present with 6 children for a total of 16 points. Another child arrived to increase points 20 points. The Provider and the assistant had current background checks and the two children's files reviewed were also complete. Provider has MAT certification but no one is currently on medication. Caregivers have training files that included various certificates that are over 16 annual hours. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Description: Based on interview, the Provider has not documented shelter-in-place drills. Evidence: 1. Record of evacuation drills were viewed and have been recorded monthly. 2.. Provider stated she practices the drills but has not recorded them.

Plan of Correction: I will record them.
