Licensing inspector arrived at 11:23am and departed at 2:05pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there was fourteen children in care with 2 staff (30 points)Children were observed napping, freely playing and school age children reading The sample size consisted of 6 children records and 2 provider record. Areas of non-compliance was reviewed with the provider.

Description: Based on and interview and review of procedures, the vendor did not have written emergency preparedness plan that address lockdown and reunification for evacuation, shelter in place and lockdown. Evidence: During the subsidy inspection conducted on August 21, 2018, the vendor did not have procedures to address reunification and special accommodation procedures for infants and toddlers for evacuation , shelter in place and lockdown.
