Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-B Description: Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that all caregivers complete the Virginia Pre-Service Training within the first 90 days of hire. Evidence; Staff #1 does not have documentation that the Virginia Pre-Service training has been completed. Plan of Correction: I will have her complete the 10 hour training this weekend.
Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A Description: Based on observation, the provider does not have a written emergency preparedness plan that addresses caregiver responsibility and home readiness to all emergency procedures. Evidence: The provider has sytems in place for a shelter-in-place and evacuations, but does not have policies identifying lockdown procedures. Plan of Correction: I will write down the procedures and place one in each child file and one on the board.
