Technical Assistance:
**Current cribs do not meet the date of manufacture requirement. New cribs will be purchased and assembled. **Provider has taken Part I of Medication Administration Training and is aware that she may not administer medication until she passes the practical portion of the course.

An announced initial inspection was conducted today to inspect the proposed child care area and the home in which the provider will provide care. The inspection included a review of the provider's record, house hold member's records, emergency supplies and procedures, model forms, and the home to include both living and child care areas. The child care area is clean and well appointed with a variety of toys and materials for children. No children were in care on the date of inspection. No violations were cited today.
