Comments:
An announced mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:45 to 12:30. There were 5 children present (14 points) and 1 caregiver. Children were observed playing with toys, throwing a ball, watching age appropriate television cartoon, singing songs, counting to 10 and napping on appropriate equipment. 3 children's records and 3 household member's records were reviewed. Violations of the Standards for this inspection are recorded on the Violation Notice. Description: Based on record review, 1 of 3 records did not contain current physical examination within 30 days of enrollment. Evidence: Child#1 (enrolled 11/1/17) did not have a current physical in their file. Previously cited on 4/9/18.
