Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. There were 7 children in care being supervised by the provider and one assistant ages 5 months, 11 months, 17 months, 19 months, 19 months, 2 years, and 3 years for a total of 21 points. Lunch served today is fish sticks, tater tots, green beans, mixed fruit, and milk. The provider and one assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. A list of children with diagnosed food allergies were posted. An allergy care plans were reviewed for children in the program with diagnosed food allergies. The most recent Lock down drill was conducted 3/28/2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement: 22VAC40-665-400 (Procedures for emergencies). *The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
