An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:50am-12:35pm. There were 6 children (15 points) in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records and 3 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with providers, during diapering procedures, eating, and getting ready for nap. Licensing inspector waited 30 minutes for Provider to arrive at the family day home, children were not napping during this time. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
