Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Five children were in care for fourteen points with two caregivers. Children were observed in free play in the front room, playing with balls in the back room, preparation for lunch and hand washing. Lunch to be served today was chicken with bread, fruit and carrots. Three children's files were reviewed as well as emergency preparation for drills, first aid/CPR certification and emergency supplies. Attendance was current and the diapering supplies were present and in use. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
