Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today between approximately 1:35pm and 2:20pm. 5 children (12 pts) were present with 2 caregivers. 2 grandchildren were also present due to a snow day with the public schools. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, caregiver/household member records, 3 children's records, evacuation drills, the crib and cots, infant bottles and required posted documents were reviewed. The space contained an abundance of age appropriate materials. No violations were cited today. For questions regarding this inspection, please contact stephanie.salvatori@dss.virginia.gov.
