Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 1, 2019 from 2:45 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to review requirements prior to the renewal of the current 6 month conditional license. There were 2 children present, ages 3 and 5 years old, for a total of 4 points, in care with the provider. The records sample size consisted of 1 newly enrolled child record. The additional children's records and the provider's record were recently reviewed at the time of the initial licensing inspection and are current and complete. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and having an afternoon snack of Beef Ravioli, tossed green salad and milk. The provider states that no medication is being administered to children in care at this time and that children are not routinely transported in a vehicle. Children play outdoors in the back lawn with direct supervision and close proximity of the vendor. The vendor reports that there have been no accidents or injuries requiring first aid or medical treatment incurred by children in care since the last inspection. Thank you for your time during today?s inspection.
