A copy of the email that was sent to providers in October was given to the provider regarding changes to the subsidy program.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/06/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 7 children (19 points) with two caregivers. 2 adult and 2 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Children were observed resting, washing hands, eating snack and being fed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-A Description: Based on a review of documentation, the written emergency preparedness plan does not have all required components. Evidence: The plan does not include the continuity of care component. Plan of Correction: I will update the plan to include the continuity of care.
