Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided on long term and short term medication.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:20pm-2:15pm. There were 11 children (27 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed sleeping. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice. Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A
Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a new report of tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the most recent screening. Evidence: Staff 1 has a tuberculosis screening which was conducted on 2/13/2017.

Plan of Correction: On 2/25/2019, the provider called and stated the screening has been conducted and the document is in the staff's file.
