Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the provider, who was present with 7 children all of which were napping except for an infant for a total of 17 points. For lunch, the provider reported that she fed the children Tacquitos, carrots and dip, blueberries and milk. There were no medications on site and there have been no injuries/accidents. Two household members files were reviewed as well as 7 children's files. The provider's First Aid/CPR is through American Red Cross and it expires on 8/4/19. Arrival time: 1: 50 pm Departure time: 2: 55 pm

Description: Based on observation and an interview with the provider, it was determined that one caregiver exceeded 16 points. Evidence: The provider was present with 7 children for a total of 17 points.

Plan of Correction: I have some flexibility in the children's schedules so i will talk with the parents and make sure I do not exceed 16 points.
