Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal monitoring inspection on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from approximately 12:15 pm until 2:00 pm. During the inspection, there were observation of one child present totaling four points and one caregiver at the family day home. The children in care were observed interacting with caregiver, playing on the carpet with age appropriate toys, and watching television. The licensing inspector reviewed the designated childcare areas, bathroom, kitchen area, and emergency supplies in the family home to determine compliance with licensing standards. There were three children's, one caregiver's, and one household member's records reviewed during this inspection. The Department has received a complete renewal application from the family day home at this time.
