A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 04/16/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 4 children (including one resident child) present (13 points) with 2 caregivers. 5 adult and 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice form missing information. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys today. E,ergency escape drills, first ad supplies, emergency supplies. and the menu are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
