An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 04/18/2019. There were no children present during this monitoring inspection. The provider was the only person on-site during the 04/18/2019 monitoring inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and one provider record during the inspection. The provider stated that there is currently no medication being administered. There were no observations of children made on this day. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans, the information for parents, the medication administration policy, and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed background check renewal time frames and emergency preparedness plans with provider.
