An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on April 23, 2019, between the hours of 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Twelve (12) children were enrolled and four children were present, with two caregivers, on this date. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined covered all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Program observation was completed. Activities observed included: outdoor play; indoor play with toys; restroom and handwashing procedures; lunch; and naptime. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were cited during this inspection.
