Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/29/2019 was conducted from 1:40pm to 2:40pm. At the time of inspectors arrival there were 11 children, ages 2mos to 4 years, for a total of 25 points, in care with the licensee and assistant provider. The records sample size consisted of 5 children's records and 4 provider / assistant/ household member records. Children were observed engaging in educational activities and free play. The licensee states that no medication is administered to children while in her care. The licensee also reported there were no incident reports since the last inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements.
