It was discussed with the provider that if the children are taken on walks, a small first aid kit and emergency information for the children must be taken along. It was discussed that if a grandchild attends during the hours of operation, full enrollment and health information must be available for review.

An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 10:15 AM and departed at 11:30 AM. One child is currently enrolled. One child's record and one provider record were reviewed. An injury record was reviewed. No medication is administered to children in care. An exit interview was conducted with the provider prior to closure of the inspection.
