Standard #: 22VAC40-111-920 Description: Based on observation and interview the licensee did not ensure all requirements for posting menus were met. Evidence: The menu posted in the daycare listed the children eating, turkey meatballs, cheese crackers, corn and asparagus. The licensee stated she was making macaroni and cheese with turkey meatballs asparagus and corn. The macaroni and cheese was not listed on the menu. Plan of Correction: Plan of correction: The licensee will ensure subsituted foods are listed on the posted menu.
