Comments:

A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/01/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:40 a.m. until 11:45. Two inspectors were present due to transitioning of the case to the new worker. There was 1 child in care with 2 providers. The child was observed watching a video, eating a snack and playing with her doll. Two provider records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
