Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:45am - 11:00am. 11 children [36 points] were present with 3 caregivers. A sample of 5 children's records, emergency drills, emergency plan and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed during various indoor play activities, such as blocks, imaginative play, and dress up. Infants were observed during tummy time. Nurturing interactions were observed between children and all caregivers. Areas of non-compliance are documented on the violation notice. If you have any questions, please contact me at Ivaco.Clarke@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-5505.
