Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:10am-12:30pm. There were 7 children (16 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed listening to a story, singing, dancing, listening to music,learning colors, and eating snack. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations cited during today's inspection.
