Technical Assistance:
Discussed new subsify regulations.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/07/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:10am-12:30pm. There were 7 children (16 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed listening to a story, singing, dancing, listening to music,learning colors, and eating snack. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations cited during today's inspection. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on review of written emergency procedures and interview, the emergency preparedness plan was incomplete. Evidence: The emergency response plan did not include procedures for the continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.

Plan of Correction: We will add the missing information to the emergency response plan today.
