A subsidy health and safety monitoring inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the provider and assistant. Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed. SHSI requirements were reviewed including Pre-service Training and CPR/First Aid training.
