Standard #: 22VAC40-111-170-A Description: Based on a review of caregiver records, 1 of 2 caregiver records did not contain documentation of a current report of TB screening. Evidence: Caregiver B's record did not contain documentation of a completed TB screening. Plan of Correction: We will go today to get the screening completed.
