A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 17, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing inspector arrived at approximately 9:15am and departed at 11:35 am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were four children, ages three months through three years old in care with the provider totaling 13 points. The children were observed playing freely in the home. The sample size was five household member's records and six children's records. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements were found.
