Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 16, 2019, to review supplemental health and safety requirements An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted toady. There is one child present (4 points) with 3 caregivers. One child's record was reviewed, it was complete. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills and the menu are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on a review of the emergency preparedness plan, the plan is incomplete. Evidence: Missing information includes the continuity of care component.

Plan of Correction: I will add the continuity of care plan to the preparedness plan.
