Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 9:55am and departed at 11:24 am to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there was 11 children in care and ( 21 points) with 2 staff . Children were observed playing with play doh, eating snack, watching tv and freely playing. The sample size consisted of five children records and three staff/household records. Areas of non-compliance was reviewed with the provider.

Description: Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure emergency evacuation was practiced monthly. Evidence: The provider did not have a evacuation drill documented for every month for 2018. Provider confirmed the drills for evacuation were not completed.

Description: Based on 2 of 5 records reviewed, licensee did not ensure children's records had a copy of a physical examination within 30 days after the first day if attendance. Evidence: The record for child #1 and child #2 did not have documentation of a physical examination 30 days after the first day of attendance.

Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure provider's record contained all required documents needed prior to working.
