Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 23, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children (6 points) supervised by 1 direct care staff. The home, 1 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping and playing freely. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
