Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at 10:00 a.m. There were three children in care ranging in age from seventeen months to five years old totaling seven points and two resident children for a total of ten points. Children were observed preparing for outdoor time, playing outside and during transition inside. Handwashing was observed. Children then had morning snack. Snack was cheese, crackers and 100% juice. Childcare areas, equipment, and supplies were observed. Four children's records, three caregiver records and one household member record were reviewed. The provider is Medication Administration Training (MAT) certifed however there were no medications on site. Training hours were reviewed.
