A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted in the Family Day Home on May 30, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children in care during the inspection. The children were observed during nap, free play and lunch. The points totaled eight. A sample of five records was reviewed. There were no diagnosed food allergies as reported by the Provider and based on children' records reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Thank you.
