Comments:
An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted this date. The purpose of the inspection was to inspect a new location that the Provider plans to operate the family day home effective 6/17/19. Walk through of all three levels of the home, the backyard and side yard was completed. The home was found well maintained, ample space for providing child care and equipped with toys and equipment. The current zoning permit allows for a maximum of 7 children. The licensed capacity of your current license will be reduced from a maximum of 10 children to a maximum 7 children until the special zoning process is complete. No other issues regarding operating at the new location. Thank you for your cooperation today. Please email questions to me at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov
