A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 06/07/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 4 children (11 points) with 2 caregivers. 2 adult and 4 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands, and playing with toys. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency drills, hand washing, and refrigerator/ freezer temperature are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
