Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider on June 6, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were three day care children present, ranging in age from 15 months to 21 months, totaling 10 points. The children were finishing lunch and playing with age appropriate toys. Lunch served today: Vienna sausage, mandarin oranges, applesauce, and milk. Two new children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. Provider does not administer medication - Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to administer medicine to day care children. First aid and CPR certification is scheduled for 6/22/2019. Please conduct a shelter in place drill this month. Time of today's inspection: 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
