Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival at 11:30 am, the Provider was present caring for one 2 year old child. The Provider does not administer medication and does not provide transportation for the children in care. Records that were found out of compliance during the previous inspection were reviewed and have been corrected. There have been no changes in household members since the previous inspection. A Licensing Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were violations found in the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector conducted an exit interview with the Provider to review areas of non-compliance and the Risk Assessment. Inspection ended at 1:45 pm. Please contact your Licensing Inspector at 540.309.2835 with questions or concerns.
