An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider and three assistants beginning at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m. There were seven children in care ranging in age from two to five years of age for a total of thirteen points. Children were observed having free play with a variety of toys. After free play, children prepared for morning snack which was milk and cheese crackers. After snack, children had outdoor play. Four children's records, three provider records, two pet records and one household member record were reviewed. Emergency drills were posted and up to date. The provider and assistant/subsititute are medication administration training (MAT) certified. There are currently no medications on site for children.
