Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A-1 Description: Based on interview, it was determined that there was no digital thermometer available. Plan of Correction: I will get the thermometer.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-790 Description: Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the emergency numbers for poison control, police and emergency back up person was not posted. Plan of Correction: I will post.
