A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/15/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 7/15/19. There were 11 children present with the provider and assistant supervising. The point total was 22. Five children's records were reviewed. The provider's record and all assistant/household records were reviewed previously and did not require any updates. The provider does not administer medications. The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 8:00 am and departed at 11:00 am. The children were observed during arrivals, during outside time, during free time, and during structured activity. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
