Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7.15.19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 11:30 AM and departed at 1:30 PM. Nine children were in care with two caregivers. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based upon review of nine children's records, the vendor has not ensured that there is a current list of all children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions that is accessible to all caregivers. Evidence: The record provided for child 2 documented a dietary restriction regarding whole milk. There was not a current list of children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions.

Plan of Correction: A written document was created during the inspection and will be maintained.
