Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 8:45am-10:50am. There were 10 children (30 points) supervised by 3 direct care staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely and drinking milk. There was an abundance of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Description: Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that children's diaper creams were inaccessible to children. Evidence: In the back room, children's diaper creams were found in their diaper bins, which were in a low rolling cart.
