Comments:
An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today. There were 12 children (32 points) directly supervised by 2 staff and a 3rd assistant arrived during the inspection. The home, 2 staff records, 10 child's records, 2 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed watching a video inside the play room and preparing for lunch. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations observed at the time of the inspection visit.
