A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 7/19/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 7/19/19. There were eight children in care with the provider and assistant supervising. The point total was 16. Five children?s records were reviewed. There are no medications being administered. The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 11:15 am and departed at 2:00 pm.The children were observed during breakfast, during free play times in the classroom, during story time, during outside time, during lunch, and during nap. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
