The Licensing Inspector with another public agency conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on June 27, 2019. The physical environment of the child care area was inspected on July 11, 2019. Interviews were conducted on July 11, 2019 and July 24, 2019 with staff relating to the allegations of a child's injury. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
